"The Key to Annabel Lee [a woman in triptych]" - Day 2
OK, so it's official now. I'm a film maker!

This was taken just a few minutes before a huge 12 foot wave came in out of nowhere and wiped Staci, me, AND all the camera equiptment out. Ouch! We were able to salvage most of the footage, and other than being completly under water for a few seconds, and some scrapea and blood, we were both OK. Camera equiptment, not OK. I had to let go of the camera and grab Staci to keep her from being pulled out to sea

Staci Layne Wilson enduring all for her first film "The Key to Annabel Lee".
The next wave (a rogue) wiped out Staci, me, and my B camera (which was
still filming while submerged). It was either save the camera or save Staci.
(Enzo Giobbe clip in Adobe Flash)

I disassembled the camera, blew all the water out, and then left it to dry for two weeks. But too much salt water for too many minutes under water took it toll. RIP

Ouch! That $5K B camera 100% died, as well as its external drive and SDHC cards.
I was able to salvage most of the footage from that B cam via its B/U media drive

not be achievable with any other cam/rig combo. Very specialized use, but essential
